Five dinners. One list. Under budget.
ForkCast plans your week around your store, your pantry and the number you set. Then it prices every item on the list before you shop.
Three questions, then dinner is handled.
Pick your store
Enter your ZIP and choose where you shop. Prices adjust to that store and your region.
Tell it about your kitchen
Who you're feeding, which nights (weekends optional), your budget, your diet, and what's already in the pantry.
Get your week
Dinners in the cuisines you like, a priced list sorted by aisle, and one tap to fill your Instacart cart.
Built for the week, not just the recipe.
Your list, matched to real products at your store.
ForkCast matches every ingredient to a product on Instacart at your store, keeps a running total against your budget, and sends the whole list to your cart in one tap.
Recipes with every step written out
Mexican on Tuesday, Indian on Friday. Every dinner comes with full prep steps, temperatures and times, not just an ingredient list.
Pays only for what you don't have
Rice and garlic already in the cupboard never hit the total. Leftover cilantro from Tuesday becomes Friday's garnish.
Not feeling it? Trade it out
Swap any dinner for something cheaper, faster or from a different cuisine. The list and total update on the spot.
Diets and dislikes, respected
Gluten-free, no pork, kids who won't touch mushrooms. Set it once and every plan follows it.

Good to know
Where do the prices come from?
Every plan starts with estimated prices adjusted for your store and region. Match your list on Instacart and each item is tied to a real product at your store. Your final total shows in your Instacart cart before you pay.
Which stores does it work with?
Estimates cover major US chains, including Publix, Aldi, Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B and Safeway. Product matching and cart filling work with any store you can shop on Instacart.
Can I change the dinners it picks?
Yes. Swap any dinner for a cheaper, faster or different one, or rebuild the whole week. In cook mode you can rewrite a recipe to fit what you have.
How do I get access?
ForkCast is in a private beta. Request access and we'll email you an invite. During the beta, the app runs inside Claude, so you'll need a free Claude account, plus your own Instacart account if you want groceries sent to your cart.
Does it plan weekends?
Yes, if you want it to. Plans start with five weeknight dinners, since weekends are often eating out or leftovers. Flip on "Include the weekend", or tap the exact nights you want. Weekend dinners get more time and can be a little special.
Does it work outside the US?
Not yet. Pricing and store coverage are US-only for now.
