These terms govern your use of ForkCast, operated by ForkCast LLC. By using ForkCast you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ForkCast.
Beta service
ForkCast is in early testing. Features may change, break or be removed, and access is by invitation. We may pause or end access at any time.
Prices are estimates
Prices shown in ForkCast are estimates based on average ingredient costs adjusted for your region and store. They are not quotes and may differ from shelf prices, sales, delivery fees, service fees, tips and taxes. Your actual total is what your store or Instacart shows at checkout.
Recipes, allergies and food safety
Recipes and meal plans are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Always check ingredients and labels for allergens and dietary needs, follow safe food-handling practices, and cook food to safe temperatures. ForkCast does not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Talk to a qualified professional about specific health needs.
Instacart and other services
ForkCast can add items to your Instacart cart when you ask. Instacart is a separate company, and ForkCast is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instacart. Orders, payments, substitutions, deliveries and refunds are between you, Instacart and the retailer, under Instacart's terms. During testing, ForkCast also runs inside Claude and uses your Claude account, which is governed by Anthropic's terms.
Your responsibilities
- Use ForkCast only for personal, non-commercial meal planning.
- Review your cart before checking out. You are responsible for purchases you make.
- Don't misuse ForkCast, try to disrupt it, or access it in ways we didn't intend.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve ForkCast without any obligation to you.
Ownership
ForkCast, its name, logo, design and software belong to ForkCast LLC. Your own content, such as notes you type, remains yours.
Disclaimers
ForkCast is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForkCast LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for purchases, food, deliveries or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim relating to ForkCast is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Changes and ending use
We may update these terms. Continuing to use ForkCast after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using ForkCast at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
